And the Award Goes to......

Yeah, it's been one of a memorable day!!! It was Steve's our Sr. VP's all Hands, and I was as usually listening carefully about our roadmap and future projects. Suddenly, there was a slide saying that "Employee Recoginition Awards" which recognizes exemplary performance of select few employees who go above and beyond what is expected and help in the team growth.

And yes, you guessed it right, I was one of the 16 picked up for this award for this quarter. The monetary component attached to it is miniscule, compared to the amount of motivation the announcement increases!! And it was doubly sweet when people pour mails saying it was "well deserved". It was a fantastic moment to see "a sense of pride" in your parent's eyes, and your sister's enthusiastic wishes!!
